Site blueprints for Epstein's personal tropical island included in the images.
Also contained in this recent document drop is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had formulated plans to develop the sprawling island by building homes, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a legend identifying different sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, including layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing investigative release.
